We talk about where your business is, what you want to achieve and what you've tried so far. There's no pitch and no pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you, and point you to someone who is if we can.

Yes. The discovery call and your quote cost nothing. You only pay once you've approved a fixed scope and price.

Whatever you know: the goal, rough dates, a budget range and any links or examples you like. If you're not sure yet, a couple of sentences is plenty. Working it out is part of what we do.

A clear goal and someone on your side who can make decisions. Brand guidelines, past content and access to your locations help, but we can help you put those together too.

Most projects are planned within 1–2 weeks of the quote being approved. Got a fixed date, like a launch or a show? Tell us in your message and we'll say straight away whether it's possible.

Both. Some clients start with a single shoot or one event, then grow into ongoing work. Every quote is built to the scope, so you only pay for what you need.

Yes. We're primarily based in Sydney and have both interstate and overseas offices. If any travel costs incur, they are listed up front in your quote.
